# Vitamin B2 - Riboflavin is a part of Vitamin B group.
# Its formerly known as Vitamin G
# Riboflavin is a yellow-orange solid substance with poor solubility in water compared to other B vitamins.
RECOMMENDED INTAKE :
- 0-6 months: 0.3 mg
- 6-12 months: 0.4 mg
- 1-3 years: 0.5 mg
- 4-8 years: 0.6 mg
- 9-13 years: 0.9 mg
- 14-18 years, female: 1.0 mg
- 14-18 years, male: 1.3 mg
- 19+ years, female: 1.1 mg
- 19+ years, male: 1.3 mg
- Pregnant women: 1.4 mg
- Lactating women: 1.6 mg
