 Hello! I am Saranya, a Dietician, Nutrition Educator, Diabetes Educator and Stress Management Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the field of nutrition and health.

I have worked in hospitals, wellness centres, fitness centres, FMCG companies, and have trained junior dieticians and conducted several health education programs for the public. My passion is to make people understand that traditional Indian foods and simple lifestyle changes are the best medicine for modern lifestyle diseases.
