STAY HEALTHY FOR THIS DIWALI
Diwali the festival of lights celebrated all around the world. There are many stories are said to celebrate Diwali. Festival is incomplete with feast. Diwali is a festival where the food and crackers are main things. We can't say No to Festive delicacies. Instead of letting go the favorite's just swap it with healthier option.
1. Control your portion sizes, especially when there is a variety of food
2. Prefer Home made sweets and savories instead of purchase from the shops
3. Drink adequate water to control craving
4. Once had a heavy meal make the other meal light
5. Don't go to Diwali party on empty stomach. Eat some fruit or sprout before going to party.
6. Choose the sweets wisely. Eat low calorie sweets than high calorie ones. Choose Rasagullas instead of Gulab jamun
7. Choose roasted foods than fried ones
8. Choose jaggery made sweets than sugar added.
9. Avoid late night snacking
10. Avoid Alcohol
To avoid digestion problem include some fiber rich foods.
