    Walnuts are rounded, single seeded stone fruit of the walnut tree commonly used for food after fully ripening, in which the removal of husk at this stage reveals a browning wrinkly walnut shell which is usually commercially found in two segments. 

    Walnuts provide healthy fats, fibre, Vitamins and minerals which support health in many ways


RICH IN ANTIOXIDANTS

    Walnuts are high in antioxidant than any other nuts. It is rich in Vitamin - E, Melatonin and plant compounds called polyphenols which reduces free radicals

PROMOTES HEALTHY GUT

    Walnuts increase healthy bacteria in the gut which promotes digestion and reduces the risk of obesity, cancer and other diseases.
