 கீரைகளும் அதன் பலன்களும் பொன்னாங்கண்ணி கீரை       பொன்னாங்கண்ணி கீரை நம் இந்தியாவில் அதிகம் கிடைக்கக்கூடிய ஒரு கீரை வகையாகும். இதில் இரண்டு வகை உள்ளது பச்சை நிறத்தில் இருப்பது இந்தியாவில் விளைய கூடியது. சிவப்பு நிறத்தில் உள்ளது சீமை பொன்னாங்கண்ணி என அழைக்கப்படுகிறது. நாட்டு வகை கீரை அதிக நற்குணங்களை உடையது. இதை பொரியல், கூட்டு, மசியல், சூப் என பல விதங்களில் சமைத்து சாப்பிடலாம்.       இந்த கீரையை நம் உணவில் சேர்த்து கொள்வதால் சருமம் பொன் போல் மின்னும். இதை தவிர இந்த கீரை அதிக மருத்துவக்குணங்களை உடையது. அவை : 1.உடல் எடை குறைய பொன்னாங்கண்ணி கீரையை நம் உணவில் அடிக்கடி சேர்த்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். கீரையை மிளகுடன் சேர்த்து சமைத்து சாப்பிட்டால் உடல் எடை குறையும். 2. பொன்னாங்கண்ணி கீரை உடல் வலிமையை அதிகப்படுத்தும். எலும்புகளை வலுப்படுத்தும். 3. பொன்னாங்கண்ணி கீரை வாய் துர்நாற்றத்தை போக்க உதவும். 4. இதயம் மற்றும் மூளைக்கு புத்துணர்வை அளித்து நாம் நாள் முழுவதும் சுறுசுறுப்பாக  செயல்பட  பயன்படுகிறது.  5. கல்லீரல் மற்றும் மூல நோய்களை குண...
