In India, where cultural traditions and dietary practices vary widely across regions and communities, ensuring access to nourishing food and empowering women with nutritional knowledge is essential for fostering inclusivity and empowering women from all walks of life. Stay Active: Engage in regular physical activity, such as walking, jogging, yoga, or dancing, to improve cardiovascular health, manage weight, and reduce stress.

Get Adequate Sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night to support immune function, cognitive health, and overall vitality.
