               Stress  is the biggest issue now a days. During this pandemic people are getting affected with stress more. Even the kids who attending online classes are in the state of depression. Stress caused by many factors either it can be a personal reasons or professional stress. All the stress are not negative. Mental stress are related to ambition, desire and drive is perceived as positive.


             Balanced stress can be helpful to health. Stress causes many diseases like Ulcer, Gastro problems, Cardio diseases, Insomnia, Migraine and Neuro problems. 

             The people who feel more stress  do Binge Eating to relieve from stress. Crying and sleeping are the  other ways people choose to relieve from stress.


we can include the following foods in our diet to reduce stress

  1. Sweet potatoes -  sweet potatoes reduce the levels of stress hormone cortisol
  2. Organ Meats -  Organ meats are rich in B- complex vitamins helpful in reducing stress
